ENESPRO® AIRLITE™ 12 CAL Jacket and Bib Overall or Coverall Arc Flash Kit

ENESPRO® Arc Flash PPE kits are specialised, American-made kits designed for electrical workers exposed to arc flash hazards. They offer comprehensive, high-level protection ranging from 8 to 100 CAL, while prioritising wearer comfort and compliance. The kits are engineered to be lighter, more breathable and more user-friendly than traditional alternatives, significantly improving compliance with NFPA 70E and ASTM standards covering arc flash and flash fire.

TECGEN® CC™ (Carbon Component or Carbon Core) material used in Airlite™ arc flash kits, provides significant advantages in comfort, safety and durability for electrical workers. Specifically, this 7.5oz/254gsm fabric is designed to be more lightweight and breathable when compared to traditional, heavier FR/AR materials, while still providing robust protection against arc flash hazards. Its FR/AR protection is part of the fibre's chemical structure. The fabric is inherently flame resistant and will not melt, drip or ignite. When exposed to high heat or flame, the fabric forms  a stable char, acting as a barrier that prevents flame from reaching the wearer's skin.
