ENESPRO® ARCGUARD® 100 CAL Coat And Bib Overall Arc Flash Kit

ENESPRO® Arc Flash PPE kits are specialised, American-made kits designed for electrical workers exposed to arc flash hazards. They offer comprehensive, high-level protection ranging from 8 to 100 CAL, while priortising wearer comfort and compliance. The kits are engineered to be lighter, more breathable and more user-friendly than traditional alternatives, significantly improving compliance with NFPA 70E and ASTM standards covering arc flash, arc blast and flash fire.

ARCGUARD™ 100 CAL Crossvent Hood 

  • Crossvent technology keeps the wearer cool and fog-free while a premium anti-fog face shield provides unobstructed visibility. The hood is engineered for serious protection and comfort, while the 100 CAL arc flash Coat and Bib Overall are designed to work together for complete coverage and mobility. Inherently flame resistant fabric delivers protection that will not wash or wear out.

ARCGUARD™ 100 CAL Arc Flash Coat

  • A generous cut allows for unrestrictive movement and the rib knit cuffs provide a secure yet comfortable fit. Additional features include an FR hook and loop front closure and stand-up collar, which deliver extra coverage; inherently flame resistant fabric ensures long-lasting protection that will not wash or wear out over time; a front closure with a high-temperature zipper with DuPont™ Nomex® zipper tape provides a secure and safe closure system.
  • The embroidered arc rating is displayed on the LHS of the Coat. 

ARCGUARD™ 100 CAL Arc Flash Bib Overall

  • Designed with the wearer in mind, the 100 CAL Bib Overall features quick-release shoulder straps for easy garment removal. Side slant pockets and hook and loop calf closures provide extra comfort and convenience, while 26 " high-temperature leg zippers with DuPont™ Nomex® tape allow easy donning and doffing over work boots. The quick-disconnect shoulder straps allow for easy and rapid garment removal. The Bib Overall features side slant pockets and is manufactured from inherently, durable FR/AR materials providing protection that will not wash or wear out over time.
