DRIFIRE'S FR Stretch Denim is a premium, high-performance textile engineered to deliver advanced protection and mobility for workers in high-risk industrial environments. Unlike standard work Jeans that feel stiff and restrictive, this innovative 12oz fabric features an optimised blend, typically combining high-quality Cotton with Spandex or Elastane to provide up to 50% more flexibility than traditional flame resistant denims. This enhanced elasticity allows electricians, utility crews and industrial personnel to bend, reach and climb freely while maintaining optimal comfort throughout long shifts.

Beyond physical comfort, the fabric acts as a robust shield with inherent, permanent flame resistance that will never wash or wear out over the lifetime of the garment. The fabric is rigorously tested and certified to defend against the dual hazards of arc flash and flash fire, carrying a PPE CAT 2 classification with an ATPV of 20 cal/cm2. This level of protection ensures full compliance with the key protocols of NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112. The fabric strikes a flawless balance between heavy-duty job site survivability and worksite functionality and comfort.

Made from durable FR stretch denim, this Jean offers a roomier fit through the seat and thigh for all-day comfort, with the mobility and toughness needed for long shifts.

  • Read the garment label and launder per instructions on garment label.
  • Machine wash warm on maximum 60°C (140°F). Use mild detergent. Tumble dry on medium setting.
  • DO NOT iron, use chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softener or starch.
  • Wash according to the instructions above to remove any contaminants in order to maintain fabric performance when the garment becomes soiled with dirt, grease or oils.
  • If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is best to discontinue use of the garment.
