AcidBasic™ is an economical, high-quality solution for light chemical splash hazards due to its specialised material composition, durable construction and high-performance standards, making it a reliable, reusable alternative to disposable PPE. It is specifically engineered to provide a robust barrier against incidental contact with various industrial chemicals, including acids, salts and alkalis, in demanding environments. AcidBasic™ combines a durable, heavy-duty, flame resistant PVC coating with a polyester knit substrate.

Fabric: Polyester Circular Knit

Circulated knitted technical textiles are fabrics produced using circular knitting machines designed specifically for functional purposes, such as durability, stretchability and adaptability to certain shapes. Circular knitting creates a seamless tube of fabric, making it ideal for high-performance applications that require flexibility and chemical/water resistant fabric. Circular knitted textiles are engineered to perform in extreme and demanding environments. These fabrics meet stringent requirements for durability, flexibility and breathability. Circular knitting ensures these fabrics perform at their best, regardless of the application.

Moisture Barrier: FR PVC

Flame retardant PVC (FR PVC) is a specially formulated polyvinyl chloride compound designed to resist ignition, slow the spread of fire (due to its chlorine content) and self-extinguish when the flame source is removed. It is widely used in construction, electrical cabling and in hazardous industrial applications due to its safety features and durability.
