DRIFIRE® Helix Knit is a premium, lightweight flame resistant fabric designed primarily for utility and industrial workers. It balances high-level safety compliance with the comfort of everyday workwear. This precise blend allows garments to achieve dual-hazard compliance, providing an ATPV of 12 cal/cm2 classifying it as PPE CAT 2 protection against arc flash and flash fire.

Description: The DRIFIRE® Helix Knit FR/AR Long Sleeve Hi Vis T-Shirt is a modern athletic cut with raglan sleeves featuring a proprietary fibre blend and Helix knit structure to optimise performance. Soft, wicking fibres against the skin provide comfort and superior protection that won't weigh you down.

  • NFPA 70E for Arc Flash, UL Certified to NFPA 2112, High Visibility ANSI/ISEA Type R Class 3, ASTM F1506 for Arc Flash, CSA Z462 for Arc Flash (Canada), OSHA 1910.269.
  • Fabric - DRIFIRE® Helix Knit.
  • Composition - Modacrylic, Cotton, Tarwon®, Tencel®.
  • Fabric Weight - 6.5oz / 220gsm.

  • Read the garment label and launder per instructions on garment label.
  • Machine wash warm on maximum 60°C (140°F). Use mild detergent. Tumble dry on medium setting.
  • DO NOT iron, use chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softener or starch.
  • Wash according to the instructions above to remove any contaminants in order to maintain fabric performance when the garment becomes soiled with dirt, grease or oils.
  • If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is best to discontinue use of the garment.
