Polartec® FR Hi Vis Fleece Jacket

The Polartec® FR Fleece Jacket / Liner is manufactured from world renowned Polartec® FR knit fabric and adds a range of multi-functional benefits to our ArcWear™ range. The Fleece has the versatility to be worn as a stand-alone FR Jacket or incorporated as a removable Liner for the ArcWear™ Omega FR™ and MP3™ Jackets. Designed for comfort in mind, this electric arc and flash fire resistant Hi Vis Fleece maintains a level of safety consistent with high performance FR clothing programs. The Polartec® FR Fleece Jacket / Liner is soft and versatile, provides worker comfort and is multi-functional. 

APPLICATION: Electric Utilities, Oil and Gas and General Heavy Industry for on-the-job protection against electric arc, flash fire, intense heat, flame and pool fire.

  • Polartec® FR base and insulation fabrics are made with flame resistant, proprietary fibres, like modacrylic that protect and withstand intense heat.
  • Inherently flame resistant: The flame resistance is built into the fibres themselves meaning it cannot be laundered out.
  • Self-extinguishing: The fabric is engineered to cease burning on its own when a flame source is removed.
  • Moisture management: the fabric is designed to wick moisture away from the skin to keep the wearer dry and regulate temperature during intense activity.
  • Insulation and warmth: The fabric provides warmth without adding weight. Polartec® Wind Pro™ FR offers wind resistance while remaining breathable.

Polatec® FR Fabrics - Tested And Proven To Perform
