Westex AllOut® (8.5oz / 288gsm)

Westex AllOut® is a breathable barrier technology providing protection for intense work environments, while delivering comfort in the most extreme conditions. Designed for inclement weather conditions, Westex AllOut® offers a water and wind resistant technology and eliminates the need for a non-compliant NFPA 2112 vapour barrier. When Westex AllOut® is paired with Westex InsulAir®, ATPV ratings range from CAT 3 to 4. Features include: Highly water and wind resistant | Durable to home laundering | Maintains breathability for comfort | Non-PFAS water repellent finish | Certified NFPA 70E for Arc Flash | Certified NFPA 2112 for Flash Fire. 

  

Durable Duck (11oz / 373gsm) 

Westex Durable Duck technology primarily features in lines such as Westex AllOut® and Westex UltraSoft®. It is a high-performance, heavy-duty industrial textile for flame resistant protective Outerwear. Westex Durable Duck technology delivers robust protection for workers working in extreme, high-risk environments. It has an excellent arc flash thermal rating and protects against exposure to flash fire, molten ferrous metal and welding.

 

Westex InsulAir® (10oz / 339gsm)

Westex InsulAir® offers excellent thermal stability in cold weather. The insulation system is NFPA 2112 certified and guaranteed flame resistant for the life of the garment. When combined with Westex AllOut®, workers stay warm and comfortable even in the harshest cold weather conditions. Westex InsulAir® is the next generation in multi-hazard quilted FR lining. Cold weather Westex InsulAir® and Westex AllOut® layered systems provide NFPA 70E CAT 3 and 4 compliant options

Description: This FR/AR insulated Jacket offers high visibility plus arc flash, flash fire, wind and water resistance for superior performance in demanding, tough conditions. The enhanced mobility design features 4-way stretch fleece panels built into the quilted liner to keep workers warm without holding them back.

NFPA 70E Arc Flash, UL Certified NFPA 2112 Flash Fire, ASTM F1506 Flash Fire, High Visibility ANSI/ISEA Type R Class 3, CSA Z462 for Arc Flash (Canada), OSHA 1910.269.

  • MOQ - Subject to Negotiation.    
  • Read the garment label and launder per instructions on garment label.
  • Machine wash on a warm setting (maximum 140°F / 60°). Use a mild detergent and tumble dry on a medium setting.
  • DO NOT iron, use chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide, fabric softener or starch.
  • Wash according to the instructions above to remove any contaminants in order to maintain fabric performance when the garment becomes soiled with dirt, grease or oils.
  • If contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is best to discontinue use of the garment.
