ENESPRO® Arc Flash PPE kits are specialised, American-made kits designed for electrical workers exposed to arc flash hazards. They offer comprehensive, high-level protection ranging from 8 to 100 CAL, while priortising wearer comfort and compliance. The kits are engineered to be lighter, more breathable and more user-friendly than traditional alternatives, significantly improving compliance with NFPA 70E and ASTM standards covering arc flash, arc blast and flash fire.

Kevlar® Nomex® Blend 65 CAL Arc Flash Kit Overview

  • Engineered for serious protection and comfort, the 65 CAL arc flash kit includes a Jacket and Bib Overall designed to work together for complete coverage and mobility. The PureView™ technology lift front face shield provides a wide field of vision and quick access to fresh air, while integrated Arc Vents enhance air flow and communication.
  • FR Control 2.0™ with an antimicrobial fabric liner in the Jacket is soft to the touch, kills germs and controls odour.
  • Head protection is provided by a lift front hood. 2 large Arc Vents dramatically increases air-flow, improves sound and communication.
  • The lift front shield makes it easy to obtain fresh air while out of the hazard zone.

65 CAL Arc Flash Jacket

  • The 65 CAL arc flash Jacket is designed to improve comfort and mobility for extended wear. FR cuffs pair seamlessly with electrical gloves, while an elastic back waistband enhances fit and flexibility. The comfort-focused FR Control™ collar lining provides a soft collar lining, while carefully placed 3M™ Scotchlite™ FR silver reflective trim around the biceps provides enhanced Hi Vis visibility and safety. The Jacket comes with a front closure high-temperature zipper with DuPont™ Nomex® zipper tape. The embroidered arc rating is displayed on the LHS of the chest. 

65 CAL Arc Flash Bib Overall

  • High-temperature 26" leg zippers with DuPont™ Nomex® tape allow for easy donning and doffing over work boots, while quick-disconnect shoulder straps allow for easy garment removal. Side slant pockets provide storage options. 3M™ Scotchlite™ FR silver reflective trim around the calves provides enhanced Hi Vis visibility and safety. The highly-durable material blend is inherently flame resistant and provides protection that will not wash out over time. The embroidered arc rating is displayed on the LHS of the Bib.
